BY VIRTUE OF a Writ of Execution issued out of the County of Dallas, Justice of the Peace Court Precinct 1 Place 1, on the 13th day of November 2017, in the case of plaintiff, Diverse Funding Associates, L.L.C., versus defendant, Glenda Mendoza under Dallas County Docket Number #JS08-00157H. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 20th day of December, A.D., 2017, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of February 2018.

Being the 5th day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 20th day of December, A.D., 2017, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 3905 Crozier Street, Dallas County, Dallas, Texas, 75215-4026. Being more particularly described by plaintiff’s attorney, Ms. Nicole Hillman, of Eltman, Law P.C., BEING: JENKINS & BROUGHTONS BLK H3/1736 LT 2.
Said property being levied and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $5,727.05, at a rate of 6.00% from the 21st day of May 2008, until paid, in favor of Diverse Funding Associates, L.L.C., $84.00 costs of court, and all further costs of executing this writ.

Said property being levied on as the property of Roland Jenneford, and will be sold to satisfy a judgment against Roland Jenneford, amounting to $4,530.03. $4,042.86 Principal; $60.98, Post Judgment Interest; $426.19, Court Costs, and the further costs of executing this Order.
