ADDITION, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 209 AND 211 AVENUE B, SEAGOVILLE, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED AND DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT “A”, WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEALING OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO EXCEED TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
