Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application No. 001-2018 & Rezoning Application No. 001-2018: by Jazmin Rodriguez to amend the 2036 Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Plan regarding two lots located at 4700 Pioneer Road and 4618 Pioneer Road from Mixed Use & Medium Density to Mixed Use Designation and rezone 7.314 acres of land from: Multi-family (MF), to: Mixed Use (M) to allow an office and single family homes located at 4700 Pioneer Road & 4618 Pioneer Road, C.L.
