The City of Balch Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a meeting on Thursday September 6th. 2018 at 7:00 p.m. located at Balch Springs City Hall, 13503 Alexander Road, Balch Springs, TX 75181 to consider the following:
Preliminary Plat Application No. 002-2018PP: by Santiago Tejeda to divide one lot totaling 5.999 acres of land into two lots located in JAMES B MASTERS ABST 936 PG 487 TR 3.1 5.999 AC (11200 Grady Lane), Balch Springs, Dallas County, Texas 75180, to allow the construction of two single family residences. The property is zoned residential SF-6, Single-Family Dwelling District.
