BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF EXECUTION, issued by the Justice Court 3-1, of Dallas County, Texas, on the 10th day of December, A.D. 2018, in the case of Adrian Castle, (who thereafter assigned his rights to Nicholas H. Petroff), Plaintiff, versus Waterwheel Acquisitions, LLC., Defendant, in Cause No. JS-18-00393A, to me, as Constable, directed and delivered, I have levied upon this the 31st day of December, A.D. 2018, and will be sold between the hours of 10 o’clock A.M. and 4 o’clock P.M. (at approximately 10:00 A.M.), on the first Tuesday of March, A.D. 2019, it being the 5th day of said month, at:

then and there proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned Defendant had on the 10th day of December, A.D. 2018, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to wit:
Property being Lot 18, Block J, of Richardson Terrance No. 2, an addition to the city of Richardson, Dallas County, Texas according to the Map thereof recorded in Volume 35, Page 71, of the Map Records of Dallas County, Texas. Commonly Known as: 509 Rorary Dr., Richardson, TX 75081
Said property being levied on as the property of Waterwheel Acquisitions, L.L.C., and will be sold to satisfy a judgment against Waterwheel Acquisitions, L.L.C., amounting to $8661.27, Principal; $7500.00 Post Judgment Interest; $85.70, Court Costs, $317.00, and the further costs of executing this Order.
