BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF EXECUTION, issued by the Honorable 193rd District Court, of Dallas County, Texas, on the 17th day of February, A.D. 2014, in the case of Regions Bank, Plaintiff, versus Anchor Leasing LLC and Shaun David Dufresne, Defendants, in Cause No. DC-13-08173, to me, as Constable, directed and delivered, I have levied upon this the 1st day of November, A.D. 2017, and will be sold between the hours of 10 o’clock A.M. and 4 o’clock P.M. (at approximately 10:00 A.M.), on the first Tuesday of December, A.D. 2017, it being the 5th day of said month, at:

Said property being levied on as the property of Anchor Leasing LLC and Shaun David Dufresne, and will be sold to satisfy a judgment against Anchor Leasing LLC and Shaun David Durfresne, amounting to $627,638.34. $516,954.25 Principal; $101,743.51, Post Judgment Interest; $8,940.58, Court Costs and the further costs of executing this Order.
