BY VIRTUE OF an Order of Sale issued out of the County of Dallas, 14th Judicial District Court, on the 24th day of July 2018, in the case of plaintiffs, Steel Diggles Contractors & Company, Inc., versus defendant, KRR Construction LTD., KRR Operations, L.L.C., and KRR HH Retail, L.L.C., under Dallas County Docket Number #DC-17-03015.
