BY VIRTUE OF an Writ of Execution issued out of the County of Dallas, 14th Judicial District Court, on the 13th day of April 2018, in the case of plaintiff[s], Juan Villa, versus defendant[s], Serzio Lopez-Ramirez and Teresa Hernandez, under Dallas County Docket Number #DC-17-00042. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 6th day of June, A.D., 2018, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of July 2018.

Being the 3rd day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 6th day of June, A.D., 2018, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 1540 Haines Court, Dallas County, Seagoville, Texas 75159-4716. Being more particularly described by the plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Kervyn B. Altaffer, Jr., Law Offices of Altaffer & Chen, P.L.L.C., BEING: Situated in the John K. Hanks Survey, Abstract NO. 555, Dallas County, Texas, and being a part of a 158.38 acre tract of land conveyed by J. G. Rives and wife Lela to Wesley T. Smith and Charles E. Smith, Jr., DBA Karsmith Credit Company, recorded in Volume 67073, Page 1289 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake set for corner, said point being North 45 deg. 10 min. 18 sec. West 615.00 feet and South 45 deg. 42 sec. East 425.00 feet from the East corner of said 158.38 acre tract;
Thence North 45 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds West 205.00 feet to an iron stake set for corner;
Thence South 45 degrees 06 minutes 42 seconds West 212.50 feet along fence line to an iron stake set for corner;
Thence South 45 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds East 205.00 feet to an iron stake set for corner;
Thence North 45 degrees 06 minutes 42 seconds East 212.50 feet along fence line to the Place of Beginning and containing 1.000 acre of land, more or less.
SAVE AND EXCEPT, however, a 25 foot strip of land along the Northwest line of said property herein reserved for road purposes.
Said property being levied on and will be sold to satisfy a judgment in the amount of $60,000.00, attorney’s fees in the amount of $1,380.00, all at a rate of 5.00% from the 21st day of April 2017, until paid, in favor of plaintiff, Juan Villa, and $687.07 costs of court, and all further costs of executing this writ.
