BY VIRTUE OF an Order of Sale, issued out of the County of Dallas, 191st Judicial District Court, on the 3rd day of May 2018, in the case of plaintiffs, Villages of Mountain Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc. versus defendant, Angel C. Joshua, under Dallas County Docket Number #DC-16-10431. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 8th day of May, A.D., 2018, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of June 2018.

Being the 5th day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 8th day of May, A.D., 2018, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 5847 Foxglove Lane, Dallas County, Dallas, Texas, 75249-1625. Being more particularly described as BEING: LOT 66, BLOCK 2/8682, MOUNTAIN RIDGE ESTATES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP/PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 2002181, PAGE 88, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.
Said property being levied on and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $3,106.00, attorney’s fee in the amount of $2,005.58, all at a rate of 5.00% from the 25th of January 2017, until paid, in favor of plaintiff, Villages of Mountain Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc., and $424.70 costs of court, and all further costs of executing this writ.
