The NOE NAJERA CRUZ did not possess a valid Texas Driver’s license and was issued a citation for the same. The Defendant Owner, ISIDORO CASTANEDA is guilty of negligently entrusting his/her vehicle to an unlicensed and incompetent driver. Defendant, Noe Najera Cruz’s negligence was the cause of this accident. Plaintiff has sued Noe Najera Cruz for his negligent conduct for past property damages and past and future medical care and pain and suffering and Defendant, Isidoro Castaneda for negligently entrusting his/her vehicle to Noe Najera Cruz”

Defendant was traveling north bound in the 2100 block of S SHI 21 approaching a red signal light at a high rate of speed. A third vehicle was traveling eastbound in the 100 block of E Corporate Drive with a green light. Defendant failed to control his speed and stop at a designated red light therefore causing a collision into the third vehicle therein negligently hitting Plaintiffs vehicle. Due to Defendant’s failure to stop at the designated red light, Plaintiff suffered injuries.”

The Petition of DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES, Petitioner, was filed in the 305TH DISTRICT COURT of Dallas County, Texas ON THIS THE 10TH OF JULY, 2017, against FREDRICK SCOTT, and to all whom it may concern, Respondent(s), and the said suit being numbered JC-17-00366 on the docket of said Court, and entitled STATE OF TEXAS vs KESIA SIMMONS the nature of which suit is a request to SECOND AMENDED ORIGINAL PETITION FOR PROTECTION OF A CHILD, FOR CONSERVATORSHIP, AND FOR TERMINATION IN SUIT AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP AND ORDER SETTING HEARING. Said child, WILLIAM SIMMONS, A MALE CHILD, was born the 3rd day of January, 2017.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the child’s interest which will be binding upon you including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determining of paternity and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child’s adoption.
