This caused Plaintiff to collide into the passenger side of Defendant’s car in Plano, Collin County, Texas. As a result of that incident, Mr. Matheri sustained injuries.

This suit is a request to terminate the parent-child relationship of respondents and to appoint the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as managing conservator. The name and date of birth of the children who are the subject of the suit are: KODY CLEVELAND born 4/10/04 in Arkansas to JENNIFER JEQUICE CLEVELAND.
