Plaintiff Celink morgtage servicer for REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING as successor in interest for Plaintiff, James B. Nutter & Company, (Plaintiff), its successors in interest or assigns, by and through its attorney of record Cheyenne M. Zokaie of RAS Crane, LLC, 1900 Enchanted Way, Suite 125, Grapevine, TX 76051, brought suit against THE ESTATE OF DONALD M. BURNS, DECEASED and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DONALD M. BURNS and any other person claiming any subordinate right, title and/or interest in 130 BARON PLACE, GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75051 (“Property”), and legally described as: LOT 29, BLOCK 2/1013, INGLEWOOD TERRACE ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 30, PAGE 17, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.

STATEMENT
On February 20, 2019, Plaintiff City of Lancaster, Texas, filed Plaintiff’s Original Petition for Demolition of Structure, Declaratory Judgment, and Civil Penalties, against DFW FINANCIAL COMPANY, P.C. Box 765315, Dallas, Texas 75376, regarding the following real property in which DFW FINANCIAL COMPANY is the owner of record: 643 EAST REINDEER ROAD, LANCASTER, TEXAS, AND legally described as: LOT 1 IN BLOCK 2 OF REINDEER RUN ESTATES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LANCASTER, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREFORE RECORDED IN VOLUME 87193, PAGE 5001, PLAT RECORDS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS. The City seeks court authorization to compel demolition of the residential structure located on the above-described real property owned by DFW FINANCIAL COMPANY pursuant to the Lancaster city cod and chapter 54 of the Texas Local Government Code, as is more fully described in the Petition on fil in this suit.
