PLAINTIFF, JAMES RENWAND, WAS OPERATING A 2012 FORD ECONOVAN TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND IN THE RIGHT LANE ON SECOND AVENUE IN DALLAS, TEXAS. DEFENDANT, MARC ANTHONY LUPIAN, WAS OPERATING A 2001 HONDA ACCORD TRAVELLING SOUTHBOUND ON SECOND AVE., MAKING A LEFT TURN ONTO BRUTON ROAD IN DALLAS, TEXAS. DEFENDANT LUPIAN FAILED TO PRUDENTLY INSPECT THE ONCOMING LANES OF TRAFFIC, FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY TO MR. RENWAND’S VEHICLE, INCAUTIOUSLY ENTERED PLAINTIFF’S LANE OF TRAVEL, AND RECKLESSLY PULLED IN FRONT OF MR. RENWAND’S VEHICLE CAUSING A VIOLENT COLLISION. DEFENDANT’S NEGLIGENCE PROXIMATELY CAUSED PLAINTIFF, JAMES RENWAND, EXTENSIVE INJURIES TO HIS LOWER BACK, UPPER BACK, NECK, HEAD, SHOULDERS, AND BODY.
