The Carrollton‐Farmers Branch ISD is soliciting Request for Proposals for Roof Replacement to Mary Grimes Education Center. Proposals will be accepted at the Carrollton‐Farmers Branch ISD Purchasing Department until 3:00 PM on Monday, July 10, 2017.
Immediately following a list of respondents will be made available upon request for the purpose of publicly acknowledging the receipt of each proposal.
There will be a Pre‐Proposal Conference held in conjunction with this Request For Competitive Sealed Proposals at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Mary Grimes Education Center, 1745 Hutton Drive, Carrollton, Texas 75006.

Sealed proposals addressed to Mr. Don Tucker, General Services Manager, Trinity River Authority of Texas, 5300 South Collins, and Arlington, Texas 76018 for:
GENERAL OFFICE
Suspended Acoustical Ceiling and Suspension System Replacement
Until Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:00AM, at the Authority's General Office, 5300 South Collins, Arlington, Texas 76018, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposal received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Proposals may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to the time set for opening. One non-mandatory Project Conference will be conducted at the TRA General Office, 5300 S Collins, Arlington, TX 76018, on Wednesday June 28, 2017 at 10:00AM.
The scope of working includes replacement of all existing Suspended Acoustical Ceiling and Suspended Suspension systems for a single story 33,000 sq. ft. office building.
THE AUTHORITY WELCOMES PROPOSALS FROM HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESSES (HUBS). CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS SUBMITTING PROPOSALS SHALL ENCOURAGE HUBS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT.

No Proposals may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date the Proposals are opened.
