Only the Qualifications section will be due on that date in the RISD Purchasing Department, 1123 S. Greenville Ave., Richardson, TX 75081. Each submittal shall be in a sealed envelope with the number clearly identified on the outside envelope or box. INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for construction of the Raw Water Pipe and Lime Tank Rehabilitation project will be received by the Dallas County Park Cities MUD, 1811 Regal Row, Dallas, Texas, 75325 until 10:00 AM on December 1, 2017. At that time and place, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Only electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available; no hardcopies will be provided.
