CITY OF SEAGOVILLE
CRESTVIEW LANE & E. MALLOY BRIDGE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Seagoville is now calling for bids for construction of the CRESTVIEW LANE & E. MALLOY BRIDGE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID – CRESTVIEW LANE & E. MALLOY BRIDGE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION” and submitted to the City of Seagoville, 702 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159, prior to 1:00 PM, CST, Monday, February 10, 2020. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to the deadline will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM, CST, Monday, February 10, 2020. The City of Seagoville reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
The contractor is to provide unit prices for construction items listed in the Bid Schedule.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the project will be held at the City of Seagoville, 702 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, Tx 75159 at 10:00 AM, CST, Monday, February 3, 2020. Direct questions regarding distribution of Contract Documents to Jeffrey Roberts, P.E., Halff Associates, Inc., at (214) 217-6616.
Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a
guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to City of Seagoville in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents.
Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents.
Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required.
The City of Seagoville reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted
in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive
formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from date on which bids are opened.

Las Colinas Area Personal Transit System
Request for Information
Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District (DCURD) owns and operates the Las Colinas Area Personal Transit System (APT) that provides transit service within the Las Colinas Urban Center in Irving, Texas. DCURD is requesting information and input for innovative solutions to replace and/or upgrade, expand and operate the APT system.
By way of a Request for Information (RFI), DCURD is seeking information from respondents who can assist DCURD in replacing and/or upgrading and expanding the APT system to improve maintainability and level of service, and to provide additional connectivity to new areas of service.
The APT Technology Upgrade and Expansion Project will consider either replacing the existing technology with a new modem technology, or upgrading the existing technology. DCURD is extending an invitation to all interested parties who may be able to provide feedback regarding the anticipated scope, proposed project delivery and potential funding for the APT Technology Upgrade and Expansion Project. DCURD is open to consideration of a wide range of technologies including Automated People Mover (APM), Maglev, Personal Rapid Transit (PRT), Group Rapid Transit (GRT), and Autonomous Vehicles (A V).

Lot 1, Block A of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Addition, an addition to the City of Carrollton, Denton County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet G, Page 321, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas (the “Property”). The Property shall include improvements located on the Property, located at 2115 East Frankford Road, 75007, in the City of Carrollton, Denton County, Texas, including five (5) acres, more or less.
Bids must be accompanied with Ernest Money, in the amount of $10,000.00, payable by Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Cash or personal check is NOT acceptable. The purchase price must be payable all cash. No one tendering any bid may withdraw that bid for a period of 30 days after February 26, 2020. The School District reserves the right to reject all bids, give notice, and call for additional bids.
Interested parties may arrange for inspection of the Property. The deadline to inspect the property is Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
An Earnest Money Contract must be on such terms as are acceptable to Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District. A Special Warranty Deed from Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District is included in the Bid Package attached to the Form of the Real Estate Sales Contract. The District will consider proposed changes to the form of Deed submitted in writing with the bid; however, the District reserves the right to reject any proposed changes.
